Shipping and Dispatch

Naturesnaturalbeauty.com is aiming to supply a global service. All deliveries will be dispatched from Derbyshire in the UK, within 7-10 business days after payment has been processed. If items are out of stock they will be marked as such on the site, but ordering will still be available, leaving the item on back order for despatch as soon as stock arrives in UK. It is always advised to leave items on order and then you are guaranteed on despatch as soon as stock arrives, if orders cancelled and then re-ordered at a later date your order goes down the list of priority as all back orders will be filled first. In order to supply the widest variety of delivery options, naturesnaturalbeauty.com has elected to use the services of Royal Mail.

Throughout the site we have depicted the new packaging for Y-Not Natural but there will be a period of time when certain products will be in the new packaging and certain products will be in the old packaging, but due to every changing stock levels it is impossible to say which product will arrive in which packaging, I hope you can bear with us on this and accept your products ordered in whichever packaging they arrive in.

This table is as a guide only for the Euro and US$ as the currency conversions are based on the exchange rate on April 25th 20111 and the exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis.

Deliveries to the UK including Northern Ireland are by 1^st Class Post which will aim to be delivered the following business day after posting.

Deliveries to all other destinations will be via Airmail which will leave the UK on the earliest possible flight. The cost of shipping includes compensation to a goods value of £46 but extra insurance can be purchased for an additional £1.50 you may increase the cover to a minimum £250. This service aims to deliver 5 working days after posting.

With Airmail Deliveries the maximum weight of a parcel must be 2kg. Anything in excess of this would have to be split into smaller multiple parcels. We have allowed options for the additional insurances in the “products” section and you will need to select the appropriate option. It will not be automatically added.

Guarantee & Refunds

Y-Not Natural will guarantee a full refund of the cost of any purchase if an adverse reaction to their gentle skin care and body care range is suffered. The costs of the goods will be refunded but this will not include the cost of shipping. In the event of an adverse reaction occuring please email us with 'Refund' as the subject and we will return your email with full instructions on how to proceed.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
